Alhassane was born in Conakry, Guinea, West Africa
His father , Lt. Sayon Camara , was highly regarded in the military,
& most of all, for his generousity to care for all those in need~
His mother, Dah Camara was a dancer , & Alhassane has
been blessed with the same innate talent.~
He followed this calling, & by 11 years old , he was fully immersed in ~Ballet Tayely, Guinea ~
~ Studying, & Performing Traditionel Guinea Dances~
Alhassane continued to excel ~ not only as a dancer, but as a fully trained musician ... knowing all of the musical rythyms of the drums & accompanying instuments of the Traditional Guinea Dances~
He proceeded to become the lead dancer & choreographer of his Ballet Company ~
~Alhassane is forever Grateful for his Mentor
~ World Reknowned, Youssouf Koumbassa!!!
Youssouf took Alhassane under his wing, embraced his talent ,
appreciated his dedication & determination ~
Alhassane has worked extensively with Youssouf ~
He is honored to be considered to be Youssoufs protege...

He lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico
